LESSON TWO HUNDRED-THIRTY THREE

The Guidance is in normal type In His Guidance, He has asked Me to capitalize the pronouns You and We as an acknowledgement of the Divinity of All of Us, an acknowledgement of Equality, an expression of His Love and respect for You. When You see the word ‘YOU’ capitalized in the Guidance, know that He is not just speaking to YOU, He is honoring YOU.

I give my life to God to run today.
Most assuredly S/He can do a better job than I! For when I view the world, I but see it with all the human limits that it has, for it is really an unfunny parody of Heaven.
1 Father, I give You all my thoughts today. For what You know is far beyond My grand ego mindlessness. I would have none of mine. For they’re so awful! In place of them, give me Your own. Each one is such a precious Gift from You, an holy treasure. I give You all my acts as well – for they but flow from my ego thinking – that I may do Your Will – and be a blessing, giving, not taking – instead of seeking goals which cannot be obtained and wasting time in vain imaginings. Vain they are, for I am in every one! Today I come to You. I will step back and merely follow You. I need not have what I call ‘My own way’; generally a collection of My poor decisions, to which I am attached, because they are mine. (Extremely ego!)
Be You the Guide and I the follower – (it’s so relaxing!) – who questions not the wisdom of the Infinite – which brings wonderful ramifications – nor Love Whose tenderness I cannot comprehend but which is yet Your perfect gift to me. How safe One is embraced by such great Love. How lovely it feels.
2 Today we have one Guide – Our belovèd God, Who is everywhere, thus, ever-present – to lead us on. The way to happiness but lies with Him. And as we walk together, we will give this day to Him with no reserve at all. We give it gladly. This is His day. As is every day! And so it is a day of countless gifts and mercies unto us. As will be every day when We gladly let God lead the way.
